Need help with omega 3 fish oil?
I have a 2.5 year old that weighs 33lbs. He has some developmental disabilities and several of his therapists have suggested omega 3 fish oil supplemants. We are leaning towards the nordic naturals DHA for kids but don’t know how many milligrams a day of omega 3 he is supposed to take in. Any help would be appreciated.
