I have 5 years pimple on my face, but was not a big problem like today …. since I saw the ads on TV …. Always has been proactive in my mind … All I think about all day until my shins and I dream about him .. ……………. feel so stupid … here my question is omega 3 help remove blackheads? because I used to consider before and I think that helped my problem .. grain is just a coincidence or omega-3 fatty acids that actually works? thanks!
