Is it OK to take multivitamins Suplimental and then take an Omega 3 fish oil?
I looked at the nutritional information of the two bottles and not unlike any of the vitamins and minerals back because the main ingredients are Omega 3 EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Shall I overdose on anything if I take 1 in almost every day?
What will be fine to take them to the same time. Omega 3 is fish oil base continues works as a complement to other parts of the body, then, Vitamins. Remember that vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids does not contain the same "ingrediants" so that there is nothing you can overdose on. And both supplements are natural products then doctor prescribed, so it does not contain some of the drugs stronger than normal medication contains.
