Does omega 3 fish oil (Spring Valley) contain mercury?
I am interested because the bottle of fish oil that I used last mercury and said that is not it? Thanks
Mercury in fish. But the Omega 3 oil is purified so it does not contain mercury. This is one thing mentioned in omega3 bottles and ads telling people that the omega 3 oils are safer to eat fish. Even if writtem, omega3 oils are extracted and purified in a way to remove mercury.
