Did you take these supplements before and during pregnancy?
EPA DHA ARA folic acid extra B-Complex krill oil prenatal vitamins I was talking to a woman today who has a child with autism as mine. Then he had a series of child twins. She said she had a lot research on the diet before conception, vitamins and supplements that helped with brain development while she was pregnant with twins, and prevention preterm birth. She took her twins to 37 weeks, and led to her first child only 32 weeks. She said second pregnancy was much easier then the first. Ladies what is your experience with these supplements?
I took all those who were in the prenatal vitamins I was taking at that time (Mother). I can not really understand what is really the problem or the question is, but it is recommended that during the second quarter to eat many foods that contain Omega 3 (fatty acids) for help your baby develop a brain, tuna, etc. dark green leafy vegetables took cod liver oil capsules, omega 3 and 6 during my second trimester hope this helps.
