Best Arthritis Cure
We all know that millions of people each year suffer from arthritis. We see countless ads for the latest super-pill, super food or drink super-guarantee for our arthritis disappear. The researchers from prestigious universities and pharmaceutical giants are spending millions of dollars looking for a silver bullet to cure arthritis. All of us who have suffered the pain of arthritis are more likely to attempt more than a pill touted as a cure for arthritis. "Unfortunately, the results, if any, are temporary and are quickly finding the best option in our battle against arthritis.
As someone who is winning the battle against arthritis and someone who has tried numerous products to keep it in check, I would like to offer what I think be the best ARTHRITIS CURE. It is this: the BEST ARTHRITIS CURE is to realize that there is no cure. That's right. Once you learn to understand what is arthritis, you come to the conclusion there can never be a cure. You see, the arthritis is just inflammation. Inflammation is a normal part of the biological process of all cells in our body. It's something that we all live day to day, even those of us who have been diagnosed with arthritis. The key is to maintain the ongoing process of arthritis or inflammation to a minimum so as not to cause pain and destruction of our bodies.
Therefore, the BEST CURE ARTHRITIS first is to realize that arthritis or inflammation is a war going on in each of our bodies that we have to wage battle on a daily basis. There are numerous weapons that can be used to treat arthritis and inflammation in a daily basis. There is an old saying: "It is better to have and is not necessary, then the needs and Have Not." Personally, I found it better prepare for battle every day in this ongoing war with as many weapons as possible.
When I was in my mid 20 I was in pain, arthritis deforming the last time I saw rheumatologist wanted to put me in a powerful chemotherapy drug called methotrexate. That was a weapon that had the good fortune of not having to use. Today I am pain free and healthier than I've ever been. I take no prescriptions and do not use any anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen and analgesics. Instead use the various weapons in the list below to beat arthritis on a daily basis. What most doctors today have to offer only masks the symptoms of inflammation, while the destruction of the body continues. Below is my personal list of weapons that I used together in a campaign joint, multi-faceted successfully to control the destructive inflammatory process. These have helped my body heal and regain my vision, I had lost nearly completely.
1. A HEALTHY DIET – A wise man from Ghana Africa who once had the pleasure of working with me said: "In my country we are a slave of hunger. In your country you are a slave to food." It was definitely my case.
Unfortunately, most of the diseases we suffer with are a direct result of what we voluntarily put in our bodies, or made much worse by it. This is especially true when the case of inflammatory arthritis. This is corroborated by numerous epidemiological studies successfully. The solution is to see whether food as fuel for firewood of inflammation in the body, or as a way to fight that fire, and nourish and heal our bodies.
My first weapon is a healthy diet loaded with anti-inflammatory foods that are loaded with antioxidants, like fruits, vegetables, seeds and wild fish caught cold ocean water. Some of my personal favorites include: red and yellow peppers, onion, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, blueberries, grapes, raisins, pumpkin seeds and wild Alaskan salmon. Also, avoid foods known to cause inflammation in most people. Notice I said avoid, not necessarily remove. I must admit I do not have the discipline or Dr. Jack LaLanne John McDougall. I just do not look or choose to eat and drink the following on a regular basis:
1. Milk and milk products, including cheese, milk and ice cream.
2. Anything with hydrogenated fat. Anything loaded with saturated fat and cholesterol as the most flavorful cuts of beef and pork, including hamburgers, hot dogs and sausages.
To get rid of the pain and swelling that initially tried to stay as close to a vegetarian diet as possible. At first, followed by Dr. John McDougall McDougall Plan. Now I have my inflammation under control I will eat things like lean chicken breast, shrimp on occasion, and once in a great while a cut of meat like filet mignon. Not yet be next pig. Every time you eat pork increases inflammation me enormously.
Other products to avoid are carbonated drinks like soda, both regular and diet. Carbonated beverages lower the pH of the blood, making more acidic. This causes a response in your body to try to bring the blood pH closer to neutral. To do this, leaching of calcium and phosphorus in bones. So think about this visual: a soft drink for lunch, along with eating a big fat juicy burger, making the blood more acidic. At three in the afternoon, go to the bathroom and literally watch yourself pee part of its skeleton in the toilet. That's right: the kidneys really pull that calcium and phosphorus from the skeleton out in your urine. But not all, who have heard of kidney stones?
No, you're not going to win his daily battle with arthritis or inflammation just take your medicine prescribed by your doctor and pharmacist, while washing with soda and down a double cheeseburger. You must be willing to undertake on a change of lifestyle completely focused on eating and drinking healthy foods.
2. Exercise – Exercise is more important things including the release of beneficial hormones needed to maintain muscle and burn unwanted fat. If done correctly, will help increase mobility and flexibility, which is important in overcoming stiffness associated with arthritis. I personally do a daily five-minute slow stretching routine.
I also do vigorous cardio routine at least three times a week in a non-impact elliptical trainer or bike in a fitness gym. When I say strong, I mean always sweaty. (Editor's Note: People who experience hip pain should be avoided and elliptical due to pressure placed on the hip flexor.)
I am one of the most important parts of the exercise program to reduce the grip of arthritis is training to light resistance at least three times a week. If you uses its own weight by doing push-ups, sit-ups or with elastic bands or light weights, it is important to stimulate muscle growth to support your bones and helps keep bone density.
3. REDUCE STRESS – No matter if it's your job, coworker, friend, acquaintance, without knowing how to say no to another volunteer project, or even a family member, if something is causing a considerable amount of stress, find ways to reduce it. If that means changing jobs, changing where we live, or severely limiting the time spent with a stressful person, we must do everything possible to reduce the amount of stress in our lives. We can not avoid stress and just can not run from the many challenges we all face. But sometimes we let stress unnecessary or excessive bombing further our brain and body. This leads to the release of harmful hormones and the removal of biological processes beneficial in our body which in turn lead to higher levels of inflammation.
4. SUPPLEMENT – The fourth weapon in my arsenal is like an arc with many different types of arrows. They all work together to help weaken the breath of fire inside me DRAGON diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis. This arc is proper knowledge of supplementation. Armed with that, constantly in motion several arrows at the Dragon INFLAMMATORY on a daily basis, knowing full well that you can never kill, not I can only weaken it until it no longer breathes fire.
The following is a list of supplements I have found sufficient support for research to prove they are beneficial, and have found especially beneficial for me personally. They all have one thing in common: the ability to reduce inflammation. Many of them contain potent antioxidant properties reduce free radical cell damage.
1. Omega-3 fatty acids – Omega 3 fatty acids, whether from fish oil, flaxseed, algae and krill. There are other sources. Just be sure to get the most amount of DHA and EPA can for the money, a quality manufacturer that provides the filtered oil free of contaminants such as mercury. Omega-3 fatty acids should be taken daily. They have shown health benefits of so many in the human body, especially the brain, heart and reducing inflammation, which should be considered a must in your program supplementation. I prefer mine a premium quality of many that I have taken for years to save a considerable amount of money.
2. GLUCOSAMINE – Numerous studies have shown glucosamine works better in the long-term treatment of arthritis that anti-inflammatory drugs (like ibuprofen) and without the effects side effects. It has also been shown to work best when combined with chondroitin, so I prefer to take in a good joint formula that also includes two substances are to improve joint health: Hyaluronic Acid and MSM. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory helps maintain proper liver function. Hyaluronic acid is especially important for maintaining joint health and what doctors will inject in the knees to relieve osteoarthritis.
3. TRITERPENES – Triterpenes inhibit work of the inflammatory process begins. There are several natural substances containing triterpenes. One of the largest concentrations are in the shea nut. The oil extracted can be found in several products, but the I prefer is called FlexNow. FlexNow has been shown to reduce inflammation in human clinical trials and the manufacturer is so confident in the product you back the money if not satisfied.
4. Turmeric – Curcumin active ingredient in Turmeric is a natural inhibitor of the enzyme COX-2 that triggers inflammation. Turmeric has been used for thousands of years an anti-inflammatory, and has numerous health benefits linked.
5. MILK THISTLE EXTRACT – milk thistle extract, its active ingredients and silybin silymarin, is one of the first supplements I started taking on a daily basis. I consider it a high priority to help protect the liver and maintain proper liver function. Numerous studies demonstrate the ability of milk thistle to protect the liver and even the diseased liver function back to normal.
Remember, if your liver is not functioning normally, not only The Fire Breathing Dragon within you go on a rampage, but the rest of your body will find a immune system that has been out of control.
5. GRAPE SKIN AND GRAPE SEED EXTRACT – Both contain polyphenols, which are powerful free radical neutralizing anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory to protect the DNA in our cells. Both are well researched and have led to new research supporting the benefits of the extract called resveratrol, which is being studied as an anti-aging formula. If purchased separately the price can vary greatly and be very expensive, so I prefer to enter the multi-volume formula.
6. MULTI good quality one that contains the following:
All natural D-alpha tocopherol vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant
Vitamin C-a water-soluble antioxidant
Alpha lipoic acid, a potent antioxidant, able to recycle vitamin E and vitamin C
Extract green tea
Quercetin
Coenzyme Q 10
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Lutein and zeaxanthin
I hope they are able to use some of the information in this article to weaken the fire-breathing dragon within you and experience all the benefits of living a life free of pain.
