The fish oil or Krill Oil?
Which is better? Is there a fish oil or krill oil that have been evaluated by the FDA? What is safer and free of contaminants? And what are the brands? ps. I read a lot of positive comments about Source Naturals NKO Neptune Krill Oil. Any person who used before? Is it molecularly distilled?
Krill oil is expensive. Swansonvitamins is the cheapest place I've found for more. If security is their main concern and they do not mind the price, I would suggest an order Dr.Mercola. I'm betting he controls every aspect before recommending a product. (I trusted it more than the FDA) says Dr.Mercola krill oil is better than fish oil because it has antioxidants and fish oil is an oxidizer. See the published article.
