HELP what fish oil help with acne?
Okay so I have acne medreate and I have heard and read everywhere that the oil Fish helps acne relevant wit i want to get rid of it B4 college comes and I've tried everything, but my sister said she used the omega-3 fish oil 1200mg for your acne (no no, if she is trying to make you mine worse) and I was wondering if anyone knows if this is rite or not please, please help me too I want to help me get rid of acne not only bc I have very Lil scare scars so what one helps to get rid of acne
