i have mild acne. and I'm starting to take omega 3 and 6 capsules of fish oil will help? My daily routine is: Morning: wash with moisturizing scrub accounts and apply topical clindamycin (the medicine my doctor told me to use) NIGHT: wash with peroxide benzyol wash then add clindamycin again. ruitine my job?
I think so, but do not forget to moisturize, because all those chemicals can dry skin
