Can anyone explain the relationship of omega 3,6,9 fatty acids in certain foods with a lot of them?
I'm trying to figure out what foods to eat to get the balance right. But I have more confused the more I read. Its seams that nuts and fish oils and some of them have certain I'm trusting sources focus on one of them for certain foods and focus on other sources for the same food. So I'm not sure what foods I eat to get adequate amounts. I mainly eat avocado, olive oil and nuts for fat. I was thinking of taking fish oil supplements for EPA and DHA which are more difficult to get out of the ALA in flax oil (I think that's how it works). Am I missing something here?
