All right! This is how it is: I do not eat eggs. Do not eat dairy products. I do not eat anything meat! addition to not drink alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, smoking, or taking any mind / drugs that alter mood (not that I'm really against him, just do not want on my body) But is this the problem! Take "Fish Oil" by the DHA / EPA Omega 3 fatty acids! Mainly because of my bipolar disorder, and health benefits. Someone told me that the only reason, I have no right to call me a vegetarian, and that someone told me that he ate eggs and milk! What am I? I'm confused! However, according to Wikipedia: 15 grams of flaxseed oil provides 8 grams of ALA, which converted in the body to EPA and DHA and then have a yield of 2.15% and 2.5% respectively.: (
