Pregnant ladies: Are you taking Omega 3 and DHA?
It Apperently the hype again. I was wondering if you are taking an oil supplement fish or any supplement containing Omega 3 and DHA. I've been buying food fortified with the matter. I also just bought a fish oil supplement called MorDHA. I found it at Whole Foods. But the fish do not tell me you are using. I'm so scared about containing mercury or something. I'm sure OK, but I was wondering what others are using and like very much. I wish there were a number of Omega 3 and DHA were supposed to take. Does anyone know daily requirements?
my prenatal vitamin tablet comes with DHA. It's called Vita-fol + DHA. I ask your dr. if your pregnant because the recommended amount. My package says that the fish contain Omega 3 are not born contaminants so I ask your dr. to be sure.
