I decided to take a fish oil, iodine and zinc, recommendations and advice please?
I want to increase my intake of omega 3, 6 and DHA, what was assumed that a fish oil supplement is generally not expensive to cover that. I also like to increase my levels of iodine and zinc, to improve my metabolism slow, not sure of the required dose. A wash tub of bread be sufficient for this? I had a set of bloods done, which went well including my thyroid test. Not sure if zinc levels were tested. My calorie intake is only 1000 chemicals a day, sometimes less and exercising regularly. I've only got lose 6 pounds in the last 18 months. My BMI and BFP is healthy range. The only explanation is that my BMR is less than 1000, but that does not sound physiologically possible ..
I suggest taking hemp oil capsules instead, as it contains Omega 3,6 and 9. I feel better. As for zinc, can be seen in most bottles of multivitamins daily recommended amount (RDA)? I do not know his condition but if you need more, than you better ask your doctor of iodine should be careful with the best that I only need salt with iodine. Unless you have a specific condition, a multivitmian general interest such as Solgar cover you with any vitamin deficiency.
