Omega-3 fish oil dosage?
IS1200 mg too much for an already healthy individual? Should I go down to 1000 mg? I'm taking to treat acne and to improve my health.
Omega 3 is not bad if you take extra. Taking extra help your brain and heart and so a bit more than expected. However, 1200 mg is probably the total size of the capsule. That only 300 or 400 mgs probably omega-3 fatty acids. I would like to have at least a couple a day for the general welfare (but I do not know its effect on acne.)
