My plan to deal with depression, anxiety and insomnia, will it work?
Summary: I am suffering from depression, anxiety, insomnia. I shake all day and feel like death. Here is my plan, of course, based on my research work? If you have experience and if you notice something I can add or take off, please let me know. Diet: 1. Fresh, raw foods, vegtables fruit, spirulina etc 2. No coffee, green tea instead of 3. 64 oz of water a day, no sugary soft drinks, etc. 4. Flax seed oil (omega), high dose 5. Mutiple excersise 30-45 minutes daily vitamins, weight alternative, brisk walking. 2-15 minute sessions SAD light therapy. SAM-e suppliment instead of medication, once daily on empty stomach in the morning. rescue remedy Use and kava for anxiety, as needed until the symptoms. In my view, I'm hitting from all angles naturally. Anything that anyone can add, advise boards, etc? If this does not work within 2-3 weeks, I guess it's psychological therapy and prescription drugs, or death. I feel so bad. Thanks, Kate
I think it will not do much for depression, perhaps because the rest goes to work.
