Hey, I'm doing Atkins (I respect opinions but will not change mine, so please do not bag on the diet, etc) Anyway I'm reading the book and I have to take certain supplements. One of the supplements of EFA is a supplement that includes acid linolentic gamma-and omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil or linseed oil form) anyway I was wondering if it would be nice if I take an EFA supplement, which includes acids omega-3 fatty acids (not including the gamma-linolentic) and taking a supplement of gamma-linolentic separately? Thanks

Hey – I'm pretty sure that if one takes these supplements together or separated absolutely fine – its just to make sure you are getting enough nutrition while dieting … I personally like to hear my body and take what I felt I needed anyway – that is, if I needed anything extra … I go ahead and take (all natural vits, etc, of course!)
