
cooking destroys their eggs omega 3 / 6 of content?
Hi, I have heard that is not going to AGEs much flaxseed oil when frying with it, because the high temperature destroys the omega-3 fatty acid content. Therefore, it would not be going the same with eggs cooked? (Either fried, boiled, or in the microwave, all methods require high temperatures), thanks
Yes, but some methods do not deplete both. Fry for example, will destroy almost everything if enough is being done, but if done for a short time there will be some left omega. Boiling in the Shell is probably the lesser of two evils.
