How can my cholesterol level of 300?

I am 28 years old NO smoking. I'm a vegetarian and rarely eat eggs or dairy products. I take vitamins such as Omega 3 – 6-9. I love oatmeal and eat regularly. I eat my fruits and vegetables. How can my cholesterol level of 300 and how you can be my triglycerides "through the roof," said the doctor like me? 'First I want to thank you all for your thoughtful responses. I am white, no, Overweight and vegetarian for humanitarian reasons rather than health reasons. Could I have diabetes even though I am not over weight?

Cholesterol is not a question of what you eat, and that only 15% of cholesterol you eat actually becomes part of total cholesterol in your body and if you do not get enough cholesterol, liver, just compensation and more. 85% of cholesterol is produced in the liver. And in fact a total cholesterol of 300 is not bad. A woman should have a cholesterol between 240 and 300 for good longevity. What you want to seek a change in your cholesterol reading as it indicates an increase or decrease of inflammation in the body. The vegetarian lifestyle is not is the healthiest lifestyle, I regret to tell you. Many people equate being healthy longevity. Since that is the case, look at India where vegetarianism is widespread. They have a life expectancy from February 2010 data of 66.1 years. However, the increased life expectancy in the world is in Macao, China with 88.4 years. People Macau eating lots of meat, fish, dairy products, fermented vegetables, fruits, and their favorite dish throughout the country PORK CHOPS! Animal fats are very important because it needs to consume fat to help metabolize protein properly. The other thing that animal proteins and fats do for you is to promote good digestion, increasing the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Plant eating animals do not produce hydrochloric acid! People do. Animals eat meat all produce large amounts of hydrochloric acid. When you have low HCL and eating things like soy, vegetable oils and meat products, fat digestion becomes greatly diminished. Therefore, many of the vegans and vegetarians have a very low content of fat in their bodies and after being in this lifestyle for a few years to start to develop many problems. A high blood triglyceride levels is a direct indication of poor digestion of fats. If you are not getting good fats, gallbladder will be insufficient. You need bile to emulsify fat as it enters the small intestine. lipase enzyme that comes from the pancreas is a soluble enzyme water and can not be degraded if your FAT fats in your diet is inadequate. need to limit the carbohydrates you eat to 75 grams per day and increase fat (especially fats animals). Animal fats, I mean that's not the typical GRAIN FED animals, but only grass-fed animals. The fat of these animals are wonderful for you and as the people of Macao have discovered, long life is the result. People who eat eggs every day are healthier than those who do not. Many studies have proven this and all this talk about not eating dairy and eggs is just ignorance. Raw milk is what we need from cows that eat grass only. Nothing could be simpler and while listening to the promotion of fools pasteurized milk or those who said they did not eat dairy products, are not educated, but people are indoctrinated to lamestream simply do not understand nutrition or how the body works. Good luck to you
