Why can not I focus?
I have the worst time trying to concentrate at school and at home. Usually I would not mind, because I never I "really" been much of a hub, but because I am in the last few years of school I have to, not that I do not ………. eat healthy, with the occasional unhealthy matter here and there. I play basketball almost every day, and basketball on Saturday. So my diet and exercise are well to me .. But Argh! You just can not concentrate … I walk out of thinking and thinking how much I want to go to sleep. (I have a very hard time sleeping at night) And my eyes Blurr and I feel blank = | WTF is wrong with me! I appreciate tips … I do not know if this information will help you: Vegetarian does not eat eggs can not take omega 3 tablets> _> not on any medication … Stressed? Errrr of course, I have 15 … and a girl.
First, AD is a myth. It's an excuse of "not proven a doctor" of the specialty that offers several opinions about me many life problems. It sounds as if you have a problem of life related to the lack of peace. This can be caused by a lack of security, stress and / or worry in silence. When combined with the lack of adequate sleep, these serve to negatively cause a lack of concentration. I used to have this same problem. I am soooo freakin 'anxious that my body refused to rest. I woke up going 100 mph on the inside and my body is tired due to lack of adequate sleep. In the afternoon, it seems that I was able to concentrate and 1 am or so it would force me to sleep, only to wake again at 5 am. The ways I dealt with my problem was vigorous exercise and getting a hobby that kept me busy – for me it was the metal detection. I wish I could help more. You sound like a cold person.
