
Why do not win in the gym?
Hello … I've been training 3-4 days a week weight training mixed with cardio from time to time. I have a coach so I'm working out properly. Nutrition: I am eating perfect! A typical day consists of 6 small meals that often include clear egg, 2 milkshakes, chicken salad, tuna steak, vegetables. suppliments and: I am taking multiple daily active vitamin, L glutamine and omega-3 fatty acids with 2 protein shakes per day. I've lost weight and gained minor muscle. N mass whatsoever. In fact I can not even get a copy of PUND muscle. Just stay at the same weight. State that now for 3-4 months straight. How come I have not seen any significant result. THANK YOU.
you need to eat more … instead of egg whites eat whole eggs. Eating peanuts and peanut butter. Steaks are perfect once a week or so, salmon tuna, chicken. fish oil, whole milk, cheese (Cotage) yogurt, vegies, complex carbohydrates, buttermilk, you really have not won in the gym to win in the kitchen.
