Im taking Omega 3, which are 300 mg of EPA and DHA. What is the most I can take a day.?
The ideal amount of omega fatty acids 3 must be balanced with omega 6 fatty acids in a ratio of 1:1. The correct proportion, in general, food is as follows: 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 30% fat. 10% of polyunsaturated fat, 60% fat monounsaturated, and 30% of saturated fat is the ideal ratio of fats in general, you need to get each day to stay healthy. Typically pills you buy at the store of omega 3 are stale and have deodorant in the mix to keep down the stench. These pills are not oxidized good for you. The problem is that if you take more omega 3 and omega 6 offset the level of fatty acids, you get a set of other problems associated with it. Balance is the key.
