Does this sound like a good plan for meals on school days?
Meal1 (breakfast) – 7:00 Fruit / Meal2 glass of skim milk (lunch) 10:30 Sandwich set [meat bread +] lean cereal Meal3 1:30 100calorie [bar fits in my bag] Meal4 3:30 am out fruit or cereal bar 100calorie meal5 house 6:30 (dinner) lean meat, vegetables, occasionally a portion of carbohydrates * Also take a multivitamin / Omega 3 supplements. (The little boy gummy bears =]) I'm thinking of replacing one of the bars of cereal bars as a healthier alternative because they are processed with little nutritional value … but keep satisfied. what other foods about 100 calories … I can fit in a bag and eat in the bathroom at school? Meal 1: Ideally, breakfast should be the most important meal of the day. Consider the purchase of plain Quaker oatmeal, plus skim milk and fruit. Meal 3 / 4: Get more than just a cereal bar. "Eating in the bathroom at school?" Well, that's just weird. Ask your teacher if you can eat in class. At least half of my teachers are very well with food, just do not make a mess. You can take something bigger in your backpack. Try another sandwich, and maybe some vegetables or fruit. Drink plenty of water. I do not know how big you are. I try to drink 1 gallon per day, if you're like 5 feet then maybe only 2.3 liters. Make sure you are eating enough calories.
