If I have seborrheic dermatitis face what foods I eat and try to avoid.?

I recently started eating watermelon, 2 Yoplait yogurts, smoothies 2yogurt, almonds and a stick. I can drink the juice twice a day.1 contains 300% vitamin E and the other has 3.i Omega also drink 5 bottles of water on a day.Yeah I like 500% of the daily value of vitamin E. I excersise daily and am in the sun for a few hours. I just now started using a moisturizer with SPF15. And now I'm starting to eat healthier will my skin get better? Never touch your face. But I have to admit when I was 15-16 I had horrible skin care that I believe triggered my disease of the skin. Xolegel I've also been using for a month and that barely helps. He also began taking a supplement of Omega 3 in the morning, a multivitamin Centrum pm and skin, hair and nails at night. So please help me I need to know what foods will help me more and to be avoided! Im using hat My derm prescribed Xolegelt …. But is vitamin E, the right way forward? Or what is best and what should I avoid?
