Is fish oil, the only source for the Omega 3 that is healthy for your heart?

Or is there another supplement to consider is "Omega only" and not the fish oil. My doctor told you to take 1000 mg of fish oil three times a day because you have the Omega 3 is good for my heart, and also helps to calm my hormones.
