The amount of fat in the oil 3-6-9?
I'm trying to watch what I eat, and have been for a while. The main reason is so my abs show more as usual you can not see them due to fat. I started taking the oil Omega 3-6-9, and I wonder if it can be a bad idea for fat loss, because its so followed by high-fat! The oil itself is good for you, heart, skin, hair, fat etc and it is apparently very good, but fat is fat, right? Can anyone tell me if it would be a bad idea for me to do if I lose weight? I'm trying to lose weight just by following exercise and eating healthier.
