I need honest opinions! Please do not lie .. be dead honest. Is this bad?

I used to go to the gym and do 70 minutes on the elliptical 3-4 days a week. This week I was scheduled to work 7 days a cashier .. my shifts are usually 6 + hours. i havent been to the gym yet. Also I have no appetite because I started taking 3 medications (either butritin, Klonopin, and yaz) 3 i also take omega 3 pills a day. could jump this week exercise make me gain weight? i do not eat a lot but usually eat at night before I lay down cousin thats the only time I have had the opportunity. as I had last night sausuage itialian some quiet a bit of French bread and cottage cheese. I just need opinions and help .. please tell me if this is bad. for breakfast today I had 12 cookies Ritz and a second on the adjustment of light yogurt. i for lunch in the plan will only have 2 packages of brown sugar oatmeal without sugar. Okay?

you are well, going to the gym when you can, if you really can not, what can you do? Also try not to eat at night so that's when most food is converted to fat. not yet mentioned fruits and vegetables, eat those.
