Any supplements good for heavy brain fog and mental fatigue?

I have unexplained health problems, brain fog, as well as low energy. If you just want something to help alleviate difficulties in thinking and improving mental processes, I think this is even worse than the low energy. Stuff I tried: – High doses of vitamin B12 sublingual, and dibencozide: aid but not enough – Omega 3 supplements: causes moodiness and anxiety, which cancels the benefits – B tablets complex: to help in the best light I can not take SAM-e because I am an antidepressant. The antidepressant cause some tiredness, but the mental deterioration and fatigue has only been recently so there is no relationship. Anyone else with these problems found something that helps??
