I am currently in psychiatric treatment, I have not been diagnosed with anything less?

I am taking a mood stabilizer low level, combined with St Johns wort and omega-3 fish oils, I'm starting to feel as good as I ever remember feeling, yet moody morning but relaxed and feeling very confident after making my mood stabilizer in the afternoon (I'm destined to take 2 before going to bed, but prefer the afternoon and another for night) I was wondering if anyone else was taking a combination of these, and how you feel? I'm not going to change what I'm doing, because you are working for me!

I have recurring severe depression and am on a combination of antidepressant and anti-psychotics. It works well for me. I used to be the lithium and that worked very well, but it affected my thyroid, so I had to take it. I also take evening primrose and cod liver oil and multivitamins. I feel that the combination of these work for me. Do not listen to what others say too, if you are taking now works for you, then taking this medicine. It is how well the combination works for you that really matters. All the best with it.
