What are some other natural remedies for anxiety?
I have tried 5-HTP … that actually helps a bit, but it helps to raise more my mood to lessen my anxiety … I also tried Kava Kava, which I did not notice much help, after researching more I realized That is why he has proven to be bad for your liver. I can take a multi and make sure you have enough omega-3 fatty acid and antioxidants. I eat a very healthy diet with food natural, very little meat (but be sure to get enough protein) .. except that they eat much fish, much green tea, whole grains and I .. a daughter of good behavior, I love my job, I try to think positively, etc etc. .. All this is basically for any reason. I have little stress in my life and I almost feel ashamed to feel worried or anxious most of the time, but I sincerely tried my best and I can not gt rid of it. Not only do I have to face the fact that I have to take medicines? O is possible that something really help? Any comments are welcome! Ps I do not want anything that makes me feel tired.
If you do not want to feel tired, I recommend Valerian. It will calm your nerves and constant, without making you feel tired or sleepy. In fact, it took me years ago because I thought it would help me sleep, made – not directly anyway, but it did stop the noise of my mind so I could relax enough to fall asleep. (1 tsp. C / s of dried herb per 8 oz water should do the trick.) Ginseng is also, but I would not take it at work … Again. It interfered with my short term memory and the ability to do basic math! And no, I'm not kidding. It would be great for after work and sleep time. Hardly going to remember his own name, much less what is bothering your conscious or subconscious.
