I am looking for an omega-3 natural all supplament all omega-3 fatty acids ALA, EPA, DHA, DPA. Only that's not something I sythesized, I want something that comes from a plant and / or animal origin, and is free of toxins, dioxins, PCB's, etc. I need something a pill that contains all the omega 3 fatty acids is.

Nordic Naturals Omega-3 makes one I like. They also make a complete and Omega. It is a great product which takes place in Norway, not full of shit.
