may take 1 bag of black tea every cause nausea and irritability by 1:30 PM tomorrow?

Hello! I drink a glass of black tea (1 bag) all morning from Monday to Fri By early afternoon around 1:30 pm I feel nausea and irritability. Could this be the cause? I'm trying to figure out why I always feel nausea and irritibale. I also take omega 3 vitamins and calcium Cintrat. I do not think that this is the cause. Can anyone help me with that I'm feeling nausea. Oh, and I'm not pregnant and this has been occurring for some time now. Thanks Nick, I drink a lot of water .. I drink like a fish. After reading the responses. I think it might be lack of food in the morning. I have only 1 piece of toast with honey and green beans in the morning .. Not that that's a lot .. what is probably making the whole world .. thanks!

I think it is one of two things: – 1. The lack of food (low blood / sugar levels) 2. The lack of fluids. I think his lack of fluids, do you have a headache? Try to drink 1 or 2 liters of water throughout the day tomorrow, see how you feel. Good luck.
