Omega 3 and vegetarianism?

This is probably a really stupid question, but here goes, I'm vegetarian, and before becoming vegetarian I was taking Nordic Naturals Omega 3, which are the fish oil tablets. "I can have them and be a vegetarian, or dead fish to make them?
