- I drink 8 glasses of filtered water a day – I have only time I drink are water, freshly squeezed juice orange and decaffeinated green tea (no alcohol, no stimulants, caffeine, NO soft drinks) – My diet is mainly of plant origin: fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and pills I take Omega 3 supplements (no mercury in them …) – I get regular 8-9 hours of sleep – I do 30 minutes of jogging per day – I have refrained from any form of sex and masturbation.
