Should I take Omega 3-6-9 if I'm allergic to soy?
I've been getting sick and having little energy and my doctors, so I'm back to my regimen of B-complex vitamins, ginger, a multi with zinc, flax seed and Omega Brite 3-6-9 with D "Now that I'm listening to different opinions about the relationship of omega 3/6/9 and some say it is bad for you not to get the balance right. is that big thing? I eat fish from time to time, a lot of olive oil, and now I just cut soy products from my diet because they may be allergic. I assume you must make sure to find a replacement of all nutrients getting soy milk and other soy products.
Overall, the Omega 3 that there is not enough. As for soybeans, must move away of fermented soy products all but non-GMO organic soybeans, organic forms such as miso, tempeh and natto. In addition to being one of the crops gentically more engineering on the planet (along with corn and canola), soy is very dangerous in a non-fermented. Fish oil or perhaps even better, krill oil would be a better choice for the Omega 3.
