Chronic dry eye issue?

I have chronic dry eye and in August had also said in my corneal punctate staining due to irritation dry eye and contact lens wear. I am currently using Restasis has not helped yet, but I know it takes time to boot Has anyone been successful with this? I have tried a few times with steroid eye drops to reduce inflammation. I can use lubricating drops 10 times a day and still have burning in eyes. I also take a supplement of Omega 3. Any other recommendations? I saw an ophthalmologist and an optometrist for it already. They're trying I wonder how people is a similar problem. I am currently using Restasis but if that is not my Dr. wants to talk about following punctal plugs. I have not been wearing contact lenses for months. I will not use up my eyes are better.

I have this problem, too, and the only real solution for me is not wearing your contacts with the frequency and remove them as soon as they start to cause irritation. You can also try to change the brand of lenses to see if that helps. If you get used to using them, rigid lenses gas permeable are a good idea. They are not as absorbent and are not as prone to dry eyes as soft lenses can.
