How I can get my omega 3 during pregnancy without the fish?

I have 6 weeks 3 days pregnant and am having trouble eating most of things because I have severe morning sickness "all day. I know that omega-3 fatty acids are an important element of growth and development. I looked at a list of foods that are rich in Omega 3 … but are all foods that make me sick at this time. My doctor appointment. not for another week … could I take a fish oil supplement?
