Would 660 g (three 220g cans) of wild pacific keta salmon put me at risk for mercury exposure?

Though I have heard conflicting reports on the presence of mercury and pcbs in farm-raised salmon, I have heard positive and good news on wild salmon. I’ll never take words straight from the horse’s mouth, but I have to say, wild pacific salmon (whichever species is available) sounds to be a good source of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), protein, calcium, vitamin d and several other important nutrients.

If you like it, then go for it (in moderation). If you’ll be eating it only for the health benefits, then why not try something like Iceland Health Omega 3? It’s a great supplement.
