How did fish oil has helped?
I have the Nature Made Omega-3 fish oil 1200 from the grocery store Health. I am taking two a day, if that should be sufficient. I actually started using it because I'm sorta losing my hair and I want to stop falling out … I have said to help your skin and hair … and much more, such as depression, cancer prevention … idk, research is what I read. Any experience please? What has helped the fish oil? And does it really help with hair loss problems?
We all lose about 100 hairs every day. Apart from that, I took fish oil for years for a hip joint hurts to no effect, so gave up. I prefer to eat my fish and Tylenol 2 with a cup of coffee type of hip pain.
