Doberman with skin problems …. color dilution alopecia?

I caught a doberman from a rescue organization yesterday. I was told I had an infection of the skin and drugs that would be good as new. I'm already in love with this dog and not worry about their hair but ….. I'm trying to get input on what I can wait …. now that I've done some research on the net, I think that may have diluted the color alopecia …. He is a fawn boy 2yr Dobie and has only normal hair foot ……. the rest of his body has very fine hair. The rescue organization as a parasite found emaciated and with infection of the skin.
