Nothing works for my acne!? How long does it take for vitamins to work?

No creams, foams, scrubs. nothing. They make my skin softer, but. I have no severe acne, but always I have small defects and sometimes (usually my period) i break ADB. Also I have some black points I have no idea how to get rid of these small and little skin color shots. There is nothing for me, I tried everything. just take a vitamin E, vitamin flaxseed oil, omega 3 vitamin A, and vitamin womans. How long does it take for vitamins to start lightening the skin?
