What are the risks of omega-3 fatty acids?

about a month ago I started taking fish oil supplement, specifically a product called nutrasea … Today I started getting unexplained nosebleeds … The product suggests taking 1 teaspoon a day … Contains DHA-500 mg., EPA-750 mg., 1500mg of omega-3. (I `m assuming that's per dose) … I have read from other sources that blood thinners Nosebleeds are a common side effect … also I was given medication for high blood pressure (Mavik), a beta blocker (metoprolol), ezetrol for high cholesterol, and Pariet for acid reflux … i don `t suspect that these drugs are interacting .. Basically, I'm curious if the nosebleeds are very probably caused by fish oil and whether it should lower the dose, and / or take other supplements such as vitamin E or K to reduce the chance of bleeding from the nose, or stop taking fish oil completely … Sure like to hear from someone in the know ..

A month before that he had nosebleeds in the same drugs, now start taking these supplements and develops nosebleeds. That's me said that lowering supplements ASAP
