
How to get vitamins and nutrients vegetarians usually found in meat?
I'm in the process of transition to a vegetarian diet and I am a bit worried about losing the sources of vitamins and nutrients such as Omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins (B6, B12). How Vegetarians compensate for this in their diets based on plants? I use soy milk with Omega-3 in it, but I do not want soy to be my only source, overconsumption of soy can be problematic. How do you do it?

Soybeans also contain more omega-3 that most of fish.
