Carlson Super Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg question?
I'm confused. The bottle says each capsule contains 1000 mg (1 g) of fish oil but the contents clearly lists only 1g of fat, 300 mg of EPA, DHA 200mg and 100mg "Other Omega-3 is" No other oils or fats are listed. When I do the calculations is 600 mg. Where are the others from 400 mg. There is no reference to any additional Ingredience on the label. How many should be taken daily for a disease inflammatory disease (herniated disc)?
