Is there any good Omega-3 supplements that have no fishy taste?

I should add more Omega-3 to my diet to help my cholesterol level, and dry eyes. I used some fish oil capsules before, but always make me burp a fishy taste (yuck)! Are all supplements Omega-3 cause this taste fishy? Are there any good that do not?

Fish oil capsules often "repeat" on that because inside the oil is rancid, which makes it not only gross, but also less powerful. (That is the reason why oil is covered by a capsule in the first place.) Alternatively, I recommend you go the liquid route – that's how you know that if tastes good going down, not try it again later. Two brands of fish oil fluid that claim to have a pleasant taste and Carlson Coromega. Personally though, I take Omega Cure (http://www.omega-cure.com) – is super fresh and frozen, so is extra powerful and completely free of taste. You can mix with yogurt, juices, salad dressing, or whatever, and you get 2010 mg of EPA and DHA in each daily dose of two teaspoon.
