mkay, yesterday my boyfriend started on this weight gain "regime" that one of his crazy friends-fitness made for him, and this is 6'2 and weighs 120 pounds. but implies the omega-3 took 10 pills a day, zinc, magnesium, a food suppliment and 2 proteins low carb shakes a day doing things in the gym a few times a week. also has Type 1 diabetes sooo have to watch what you are doing, but hehe, this morning was like, wow my piss is radioactive green … silly question, but nothing to worry about? Ta:) who is 23, if anyone needs to know ..
