Best multi-vitamin for vegetarians / vegans?

I am interested in becoming a vegetarian, but I'm trying to get some recipes, information and other options at their fingertips as I have a smooth transition. I have a thing called Raynaud's Syndrome, where my hands and feet get cold, so my mom I bought a vegetarian multivitamin. (Iron in it, etc) I took it for a while, but the dish is so great! Are there any good multi-vitamin out there that omega 3 and protein have my assistant in transition or help me convince my mom that I have done my research about becoming vegetarian / vegan is not so big?? Hey. I also Raynaud syndrome, ranging from vegetarian has actually improved. And do not take a vitamin. Eat a balanced diet and not will need a vitamin.
