Vegan supplements, what to take or recommend?
I'v been a vegetarian for two years and recently adapted a style vegan life in the last 3 months. I am a little worried about my vitamin intake, I know I need vitamin B12, omega 3 and vitamin D, etc. The problem is when I can get them out of food that I am a 18 years old and live a lifestyle rather fast pace. Although I know that many vitamin supplements, many of them not contain enough of these vitamins for a vegan or who just bought separately and taking vitamins more than the recommended dose. Are there any vitamins out there that are specially formulated for vegans? Like multivitamins? If so wht you take or what do you recommend?
