Multi vitamin dosage? / My multivitamins with fish oil i just brought says take 2 a day, but I can take 1?
I normally get sick and feel sick when I take vitamins and certain herbs, vitamin Mulit suit natures own omega-3 fish oil that claims to have a twice daily with food I can only take once a day? or fails, or vitamins such as custom work well? I, m just worried about getting sick thanks heaps
One day is pretty good and most multivitamins, in fact, we recommend a day. A multivitamin should be taken with meals. The best time is mid-breakfast every morning. Some foods before and after helping to absorb better. If you swallow a multivitamin between meals will irritate the lining of the stomach and not absorbed really well and is likely to make you feel bad. Even with water to help swallow and to reduce irritation in the stomach is nowhere as good as taking it in the middle of a meal. The food takes a multivitamin acts as a cushion and prevents you from feeling sick.
