NKO: Krill Oil

Approach pills? Adderall? Help?

I was on Adderall XR for 4 years and worked very well! Now I do not have insurance and I can not pay monthly prescription cost without insurance. I am very tired and can not pay attention to anything. I took 300 mg of Ginkgo Bilbao day and then I took 2000 mg of fish oil and omega 3 vitamins. Also tried some focusformula and not work properly. I have added serious. I need something like Adderall, including, obviously, know there is no more vitamins or vitamins that are obviously going to do the same effect as amphetamines 2, I want something as close as I can get to it. Anyone tried taking the pills as focusfast approach or others? Thanks

Adderall is an amphetamine single salt and prolonged use is dangerous to himself that the abuse is their term short. When you say that the alternatives have the same effect that is correct, at least in the short term – the type usually works gradually over time to correct the physical and mental disorders, while the lab created unnatural compounds usually have quick results because they force the body to react unnaturally. The first thing to do one is to cut sugar consumption to a minimum. Excess refined sugar has been linked largely to ADD, ADHD, bipolar, depression and other mental disorders. Avoid well as alcohol, caffeine and refined foods. Eat good sources of lean protein, such as cold water fish, including salmon, herring and mackerel and free-range chicken and organic turkey. Carbohydrates are an essential energy source for the body and mind. However, make sure that they are receiving right carbs. unhealthy carbohydrates only result in excess sugar that causes the problems we are trying to avoid. healthy carbohydrates can found in fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Some examples are: apples, oranges, peaches, grapefruit, carrots, Brussels sprouts, beans and whole wheat bread. Note careful when buying products such as bread. Many say the wheat they are nothing of the sort. Read the ingredients and make sure it is 100% whole wheat, which does not contain "enriched" or "bleached" flour. Supplement with magnesium if you are not sure that you are getting enough of this essential mineral. 90-95% of us are deficient in magnesium and symptoms include mental disorders including light or restless sleep and daytime sleepiness combined with the inability to concentrate.
