Inbetween How long should I take vitamin supplements?

I am taking vitamin C, Omega-3 (40% EPA / DHA 20%), and vitamin B and I wondered how long should I wait in between each pill to swallow? Thanks!

A good second or two would suffice. Most Omega-3 and Vitamin C products recommend taking them with food and B vitamins can be taken with or without food, so I could bring everyone with the same food and even in the same mouthful. Just make sure you have enough time between each sip of the water so that will not choke
